Thinking of selling my 1987 aircooled 126. It has approximately 6 months MOT and a month tax but there is an issue with the engine. It had new LHD headlights and some welding to floor for the  MOT. Recently Ive fitted a new head, head gasket, spark plugs, points, condenser and leads recently but it still wont run right seams down on power and wont idle and has a snapped choke cable. Now im sure these issues could be fixed pretty swiftly but i dont have the time. So for a quick sale reflectining on the issues i was thinking of a price at £1000 ono

Any interest? had it running now but its still a bit of a pain starting. Moving house soon and won't have any room to store it so really needs to go

Hi Westy,

Ebay is going to be the best for a quick sale, Put a reserve price on it and see how it goes, The paint work would not be to every ones taste, If it was the original colour with 12 Months MOT it would be worth allot more money.

Sorry not been on here in some time yes I do it's just had new head and head gasket, hopefully that's sorted the issues and it is now up for sale again

how is it running now , is it still tested etc taxed etc

Just taxed it for 6 months MOT till end of Jan. Its running tho a little hesitant at low revs so getting the carb looked at this weekend. Due to some damage to towing eye front valance ive decided to put it on ebay with a low reserve and see what it makes

Recent new head and battery
New headlights plugs leads conderser and points at last MOT
New alternator summer 2012
New exhaust early 2012

40000 miles
Body ok odd blemish mark on paint here and there welding done to floors for last MOT
Damage to front valance where someone giving me a tow pulled away way to quickly
No mods all standard except sports steering wheel
