Title: Look What I Did?

It looks like I need some panels. I need a front panel, 2 wings and a bonnet at least. I believe that there is some differences betwwn the BIS and the aircooled. What are they? Where is the best place to buy. I was thinking of 126fan in Slovakia??

I think the front panels, apart from the scuttle are the same on all 126's. Are you sure you need the bonnet and passenger side wing? they look ok in that picture.

It was a slow impact. I was just glad the headlight glass wasn't broken. The scuttle panel has a couple of ripples in it but ok. He all the other panels are the same I can just order them. They are fairly cheap.

What happened? I hope you get your car sorted soon. The spare wheel probably helped limit the damage. The car still looks great though despite the damage.

Like Hazey sed any news, I'm rebuilding a 1947 Jowett Bradford and it came with no body at all, just out of bloody mindedness im making all the panels myself! How you getting on! Im sure we all want to help in some way!

I'm in the US for a while so nothing done yet. I'm hoping to start on the repair at the end of May.

Ok. I'm back now and ready to order parts.

I'm also looking for a bonnet. Are they hard to get? there is none on 126 fans site other than fibreglass.

Pretty sure the wings bonnet and front panel are the same except the BIS has the bumper mounts on the wings.

Bis wings are defiantly not the same, bis wings have more flare, aircooled wings don't fit trust me I've tried

Every week i'm told it'll be done by the weekend. The way I look at it is being stored for free.
It turns out that it was only a small bit of damage but the scuttle panel or torpedo had a bit of rust so he swapped it out for me.

My mate decided to paint the whole car for me. He also did it in red and not he orangy/red that it was before. I really wasn't fond of that colour. I'll have to get more Ferrari decals now. I'll have the car back in a week hopefully.

I finally got the car back yesterday. All good except I'm sure I had a full tank of fuel when I left it into the bodyshop  :D
I spent the day cleaning all the bodyshop dust off the car. it gets everywhere.
I'm going to drive it for a while and then put it up for sale. I need to concentate on other projects. What does a 1991 Bis go for nowadays?
