Title: help for rear negative camber.

 Hi all.Can you show me photo how I can do rear negative camber. I try put to 3mm spacer for just 2bolt, under the brake drums.I had good negative camber but  shaft copling don't turn in to the suspension arm,it is stucking.(just I tried,I don't turn the axle with engine)
 please explain me with photo what must I do.

The rear of the 126 has swing axles so the only way to change the camber is to put shorter springs onto the car. The lower you go the more negative camber you get. If you want positive camber then the springs need to be taller. The only other way is to bring the pivot points (where the swing arms mount to the floor) closer to the ground.

Nigel is correct the most common way is to use shorter springs.  Lowering the front pivot point is relatively straight forward, as it is bolted to the floor pan, by using a packer.  Unfortunately the rear pivot anchorage is welded to the floor pan, therefore need some cutting and welding. It may be easier to raise the spring seating if you want to keep the original spec springs, this lowers the car but keeps the original springs and dampers.

 thanks.I will try 1 mm shim.I think so,my problem is what I tried 3mm shim.

Are you wanting big camber? I'm sure 1mm will do next to nothing

These shima are for the front suspension at the connection of the 'A' frame, I supose they could be used at the bottom or top bolts for the rear hub to alter the camber, not sure how that will affect the drive coupling.

Shim at Van der Laan says 'achter' which means rear. Maybe they can be used for the front as well. But I do not know and don't think so.
But if you want to correct camber, why not lower the car? For so far as I know all will turn out right. Right?

From my point of view you wont be able to gain much camber the way you describe it unless you run proper CV joints on back. Otherwise you'll destroy alloy/rubber couplings in no time or they wont even allow wheel to turn. Also more lows are needed as previously mentioned ;D
