Title: 5 euro engine moded

LAst year i bought an engine for aroud 5 euro.
it was a 1976 600 cc air cooled unit, siting in the basment 4 about 3 years .

its still preaty cheap. i did not count every thing but it was around 250 euro i gues.

Nice work , nice sound and nice price  :)
That is a 652ccs cylinder head so did you change it ? Also I see that you have gone for the holes drilled up into air filter chamber to get some "turbo" boost from the cooling fan. I have not tried that one yet.

well yes the head is a 650, it was like this when i got the engine.
I was trying to buy a 600 cylinder head but it was up to 100 E there for makeing the whole project a lot more expensive.
Anyway the goal was to make a stronger engine but with the stadard 600 cc so i could put it in to my 78 126 p,  but the rest of the parts could be moded, also, as you probably know the 650 head has a slightly biger exhaust? (not sure now) valves ( 1 mm ) so to use what i have was a double win, 100 E saved and biger valves  8)

im glad that you like it!
So now when i finish my 125p bmw swap i wil go on and start a new 126 engine project  :D

my is 34bhp was round 200-230E.... hope will work this week... but my is from el with electronic ignition... will have set for sale(nanoplex) if someone want
