thanks for the warm welcome folks :) iv done a few restos in my time mainly bikes, scooters and bubble cars as well as a little fiat 900e van so the little fiat sould be fun,i cant see any major nastys on the car but who knows what il find once start working on it (havnt decided if its a he or she yet!) the car will be mainly used by my parents as a run around and to get my dad doing someting now he is retired :) i persume the engine comes out easy like most little fiats iv worked on so was going to remove it to give a good clean, flush of coolant and oil and service etc any tips/advice would be most welcome,iv heard the head gasket can be a problem on the bis,is it worth taking head off while engine is out to do valves and new gasket etc ?
