Title: Yet another disc conversion thread

Hi I'm new to the site but had a good read of old topic and I'm after the calipers carrier adaptor plates for my conversion I've PM'ed rusty but no reply so does anyone know where I can buy them or has anyone got dimensions for them because I can get my own cut cheers
