I Received this Email from David Banes who organises Clubs/Displays In the paddock area at Kop Hill,
Dear Club Secretary
Following last years event, Kop Hill will again host a weekend of historic motorsport action on 22nd and 23rd September 2012.
Now in its fourth year, the revival of Kop Hill Climb has been a total sell-out from the beginning and last year over 12,000 participants and spectators (up from 8,000 in 2011) enjoyed an action-packed weekend viewing iconic vehicles from the earliest days of motorised transport up to super cars of the present day and watching them in action on the hill. What’s more, over £37,000(up from £25,000 in 2011) was raised for our local charities.
Since the introduction of car and bike clubs in 2010 they have become an indispensable part of the event bringing a diverse collection of vehicles for the enjoyment of spectators in the paddock.
Why not book space in the paddock to display your members’ vehicles. You will be assured a wonderful weekend of sights and sounds as well as the opportunity to promote your club in a relaxing environment in the beautiful Chiltern Hills, near Princes Risborough, Bucks.
For full details of the event, and its history visit our website at www.kophillclimb.info
If there is enough interest of club members displaying there cars in the paddock area I will register club126uk,
There is no charge for clubs to participate but they must promote the event amongst their members who will then book directly via our website. A clubs’ registration form is included, on receipt of which (and acceptance of) your club will be added to our website so that members can book to participate as part of your club group.
The cost would be £20 for the day either Saturday or Sunday which includes the entrance fee to watch Kop Hill Climb at the side of the track, Please remember this is a charity event, It also attracts allot of motorhead celebrities and would promote club126uk and our cars if we had a stand in the paddock area at this Premier Historic Motor Event!
