When I got to the store the guy on the parts desk was having trouble identifying the item from the reservation code so I had a look on the shelves and there it was . Nice little bit of kit in a decent case. Useful universal joint to get in those awkward places like the nut that holds the the carb down on the air cooled cars and I was impressed by the fact that there is a 1/4 square socket in the top of the screwdriver handle so it can double as an extension. So with that, the uni joint and the normal extension you can put together a 26 cms extension, not bad for such a small set :)

Post by: Rusty's Uncle on July 28, 2011, 04:29:37 PM: I have used the 1/4" drive set a lot in the short time I have had it and it is great but I discovered a couple of problems. Went to use the 4mm hex key and found it had a plain 4mms round end then looking for a small socket realised there were two 7mms sockets and no 6mms one so took it back today and it is all sorted. So if anyone else bought one check that you have the right bits in the box :D

Post by: Eklipze3k on July 28, 2011, 07:48:43 PM: Was the first thing I checked was that it had all the right bits, so happy days there, though the clip for holding the driver ends in to the relevant adaptor keeps coming out again I can't believe how much I've used it since I got, well worth the Â£15! The box unfortunately suffered my stupidity for not moving it out the way when rolling the Sei off the ramps :$
