I've given in to my missus so and agreed that one of my 126s has got to go, so my BIS is now for sale. There are more details and pictures of the car in the restorations section (I'll give the thread a a bump).
It's taxed until the end of July and MOTed to 31 Jan 2012, and now runs extremely well having had a full service and a complete brake overhaul. I've been using it to commute to work so it's spent several hours stuck in London traffic - the cooling system is perfect so absolutely no worries on that front.
I'm looking for £750 (a bit less than it owes me) which includes a comprehensive set of service spares (plugs, filters, gaskets etc. plus a complete genuine Fiat new clutch kit). The original owner's handbook and service wallet etc are also present (I'm a bit sad and like that sort of thing!). I also have a few spare trim items, including an uncut parcel shelf and an extra set of BIS rear seats in pretty good condition.
Anyway, send me a PM or give me a call on 07801 737796 if you're interested. The car is in Harrow, NW London and viewing/test drives are welcome. I'll give it a week or two on the forum and then put it on eBay.

Cheers Brett - hopefully one of these days I'll get the chance to turn up to a meet in my air-cooled and see yours in the flesh! I was very tempted to buy it when it was for sale in 2006...

Cheers Brett!
As it happens I'm just on the train home from Luton after delivering the car to the new owner - if only all ebay transactions were so easy. Very sad to see it go, especially as I gave it a final clean yesterday and it really was looking good. One last outing up the M1 watching the speedo go off the scale cheered me up though!
Been a great 126 weekend all round, with a trip to Stansted in the air-cooled yesterday to pick up some headlights from Dajwid (and have a squint at his car and a good natter about 126s generally)...
