Badly sought after for a while now.  Have e-mailed so many people who have got/had one and nobody has replied as yet.  I'm itching to drive her again.

Even Santa doesn't have stock.

m8 have you tried ricambi international? best bet is to look out on ebay, there was one on tehre not that long ago  :???:

ive got a starter from a later aircooled?

is this any good?  its very rusty

A dizzy on eBay?  Been searching for Bis dizzy on eBay for a couple of months and haven't seen one.  Can't believe I missed one!!  Maybe I should stop being a cheepskate and just buy a new one.

A 1982 distributor will be no good for a BIS.

Thanks for your offer richard.  The distributor is not compatible with the Bis engine unfortunately.  The shaft and driven teeth are completly different.  

However, excellent news; there is a very good chance I have secured one from Matt Purdey.  I will know tommorrow.  Thanks all for your help.
