its not that nice??? is it?

he says "THIS IS IT! MY 126 BIS,(BARNABY) IS UP FOR SALE DUE TO THE LOSS OF MY GARAGE... BELIEVED! TO BE THE OLDEST RIGHT HAND DRIVE MODEL ON THE ROAD HENCE THE 1988 E REG PLATE SO ITS ONE OF FIRST!  IT IS KILLING ME TO DO THIS, AND IF I HAD A CHOICE I`D RATHER SELL THE HOUSE INSTEAD, BELIEVE ME!"

believed to be the oldest rhd model on the road? rather sell the house??? lol

i find it incredible we're in a recession and sellers are over pricing their 126's like never before? very strange.

Chris

Looks like a nice car, but not sure about the price either(and the non original interior). The best bit is the "valuation of £5000,-"

thats a nice car with a great interior however the price is based on an agreed value insurance by the looks of it and any insurer will agree a value you say its worth if you pay a big enough premium to back it up. i would say this car is not going to be sold and two cows died for nothing to make this interior look so gucci...

I am also sorry about these cows  :D but good point, you can get more or less any agreed value you want - it is just a matter of premium and other conditions.
Well, just because I am curious I asked my colleague who knows some estimator to make valuation of my fiat based on its actual conditions.
I am very curious what will come up.... ???

But if it is in the condition that he says it is then how much would it cost for any of you to get your cars into the same shape, a decent respray will set you back the best part of £1500 alone, the re-trim in quality leather has got to be £500 minimum and that's without any welding new panels etc. It is a lot of money, but worth it....possibly

its fair to say it will cost you xxxx to get things done on a car but I have seen countless cars having had £10's of thousands spent on them being sold at a fraction of the cost of the work.

this is really nice but I really think £5k is abit much £3000 maybe....

but if you have the cash ready and you want the best then it would be money well spent..
