Not as rare as the seller makes out then?

There can't be many of these wheels around now, To the purist they may be the dogs danglers But when these items come up on Ebay they are only worth what punters are willing to pay, A better strategy would have been to set a reserve price and a low starting price to get punters interested and hope they achieve his reserve, Then its up to the seller whether he accepts the highest bid or tries to sell them elsewhere.
