I would say it is a bit over priced!
There are quite a few bis models around, low mileage examples usually go from around ?300-?500.
Worth checking ebay to give you a rough estimate of the going prices!
Hope this helps :)

oi!!! thats not nice .... but seriously highlander dont pay over the odds i payed ?180 for mine from ebay and when i got it - it was damn tidy only 43000 mile on the clock and its an 88 too, the only way id pay that sort of money is if it had a full fiat service history and was immaculate and i mean IMMACULATE!!!!!

theres lots of them out there just look till you find the right one!

Sounds like you all have your heads screwed on, i was hoping my BIS was worth more than that, 14,500 miles, mint paintwork all round very good condition. how much would you say its worth guys? the car has been garaged for 6 years and not used!!!

The problem with buying Fiat 126s is that they are very hard to find in local rags (too rare now) and never on autotrader etc (too cheap).  That just leaves ebay.  I've been keeping an eye on the prices for about 18 months and I reckon:

100-200 for a heap with no MOT.
200-400 for something MOT'ed and in reasonable condition.
400-600 for a very clean car with 12 months MOT.
