Title: another 126 chop.
Post by: roobeh on May 29, 2009, 01:30:42 AM
After a quick trip to netcarshow.com I found this:

and turned it into this:

for full size ->    http://img12.imageshack.us/img12/751/126chop.jpg

Didn't want to do too much as it looked nice already.  Hopefully have one just like it one day.  ;D

Now i'm not to big a fan of the wheels though, not sure why...

UPDATE: New scene...

forgive me in advance for using some of my graphics project as an exemplar image

It depends, what i do is:

1. Upload my image to imageshack first > http://www.imageshack.us/

You dont have to register or put an email address in you can just forget about it unless you want to have
your pics in a group that you can find easily (then you should register)

2. Click "Browse..."

3. Find the image you want to upload from the popup window and click "Open"

You dont need any of the tick boxes up so you can just leave everything else blank. Then -

4. Click "start upload!"

Depending on your image size, it may take a few seconds to upload.
If all goes well (which it should), you'll end up on this page:

5. Copy the URL you want.

       (i)  If you want a thumbnail, then you would simply single click the text in the square next to "Thumbnail for
forums (1)".  This should turn the text blue. If it doesn't, click the code and press ctrl+a. Now you can right
click it and click copy it straight into the forum's reply/post box you're about to post.  It should come out like
            this...

(http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/3948/pcsx2maincopy.th.png) (http://img3.imageshack.us/my.php?image=pcsx2maincopy.png)   (Clicking this will take you to the full size image)

(ii)  If you want a large image like the ones on my first post then you should copy and paste the code in the box
that says "direct link to image" into the forum the same way as you would with the thumbnail.

With this method you will need to select the code once pasted onto the forum then press the insert image
button (above the wink smiley). This makes the computers recognise the code as an image. once pressed you
code should now have a small bit of extra code on both ends saying [ img ] and [ /img ] (without the spaces).
This should look like this in code:

            [ img ]http://img3.imageshack.us/img3/3948/pcsx2maincopy.png[ /img ] (again without spaces)

but should come out like this in the preview and the post...

So thats that more complicated method out the way. :)

You can just use the attach tool here on the forum.

just click "additional options..." when writing the message and you'll see a bar with another browse button next to it. just click "Browse..." and select the pic you want and click "open" that shold be it.  (there is a size limit of 82kb, compared to imageshack's 10mb)

if anyone has any questions feel free to ask [-/ .
