Hi There,
Just bought a tidy 1987 model on ebay- haven't collected it yet as we need to find some front seats to go in it!
Can any of you folks help us out?!
Cheers

Hi and welcome.
You bought the one in Wendover just up the road from you :-)
saw it on Ebay, looks very nice.
The ad said 1st gear is whiney, that is normal they all areas have no sycromesh (Don't put it into 1st or reverse while car is moving)
I am sure finding a set of seat won't be a problem. Someone on here must have a couple of spare as many change them anyway.
I hope you are planning on coming along to Billing as it is 'fairly' near you.

:) Hi Steve & Vicky , That looked like a very nice motor so well done & I am sure you guys will enjoy it. I had half an eye on it myself but seemed to miss the end of the auction. Probably just as well as the good lady would have done her nut if I got another car  If you get stuck for seats I have got a pair of reclining seat frames , the rare ones with the headrests and not a million miles from you [-/

Yes, another one for the collection- so far thats a saab, morris traveller,MZ250 with sidecar, honda hornet..oh and a sherpa camper van(that ones parked round the parents).. wasn't really meant buy another vehicle but figured we could squeeze the 126 in as it's only little!
Thanks for the offer of the seat frames-may well take you up on that if no other seats come up!
Cheers

Welcome to the forum. The car did look really good. I also had it in my watched items :) Unfortunately no more space for an other one...
Funny enough, that I met the guy who was selling it as he bought some seats from me, but I think he was going to put them in his 500.
Anyway good luck with the 126, and let us know about your progress [-/
