Title: New Reader Maluch POP Malubats
Post by: roefel on February 08, 2009, 06:12:11 PM
Hello 126 drivers,

My name is Sjors and I'm from the Netherlands.
My compliment for this excellent website/forum. And quiet some members to, from very different places.  [-/
Do you have any idea how many Fiat 126 there are in England?
I've got three Fiat 126 and love driving them, just like streetlegal go-cards. ;D
Most of the time, one of them is in use as my daily transport.
So maintenance is very important. And because one is never to old to learn, I'm happy to be here and read some of your topics.

With kind regards, Sjors

Thank you for your welcome.
O.K. Here are some pictures of our three lovely Fiat 126.  :D
First there is our Fiat 126 EL Maluch Town. It's from 1999 and has driven uptill now 80.000 kilometres. Original paint. Second owner. But this summer it will need some work. It was delivered new in Poland but in 2007 it came to the Netherlands.
This car is in daily use. For shopping, visiting family and driving to work. Sometimes up to 1000 kilometres in a weekend.

The second is a Fiat 126 Malubats. Originally from 1992. It was build as a regular red fiat 126P but in 2005 it has been rebuild into a black cabriolet  8) and came to the Netherlands. Since then it has driven 2000 kilometeres but you can be sure this will be rapidly more. Very funny to drive.  **- No idee about previous owners. It hasn't got a rooftop, so driving can only be done with dry weather. This one is also in almost daily use. For shopping, driving to work, etc.

The third one is our "show" piece.  ;) It is a Fiat 126 POP Beach from 1993. Original build as a cabriolet without doors. Uptill now it has driven 25.000 kilometres. This one we only use when the weather is beautifull. It is completly original and we are fourth owner. It's only for driving to meetings and special occasions. For instant the meeting 24-26 juli in Poland. For that purpase we have build a little trailer wagon.

Maluch didn't miss a beat. Not really tired, just a little deaf. Could have been the engine or the Music. Haven't desided jet.
