Hi, i recived my twin carbs off ebay today. ive got a pair of kei-hin's from a er500, wish me luck.. getting the manifold made up for me... alond with the motorcycle exhaust!!!
wish me luck!

Unless you have a special head with two separate inlets, I would imagine one of those carbs would do the job easily.
Have a look at the blitz buggy link I posted somewhere. :o
-
i was just thinking of a 2 into one manifold to attach both to the head...
-
and one of these.. i wont be able to have my boot lid on.. but ill sort something out
-
need to make something like this
-
Wait, doesnt the bis have a twin carb?? What does this one do that the stock cant? Im not saying anything, just asking...
-
no, single carb with twin choke...
ill be replacing my 40mm webber with two 38mm carbs from a kawasaki, ill also be upgrading to an electronic fuel pump.. the engines getting an overhaul first..

Looks easy now ive seen this pic.. just a case of modifying the manifold and attatching to bent pipes... jobs a guden...
-
Id go for a tube based fanny mould, just make a set of flat plates to bolt to the carbs and engine then cut a piece of appropriate carved tube and weld it in between....
-
explain that a little better stuey... i was just going to use the gasket (pictured) as a template, and then machine it out of 10mm steel, the weld two pipes on to it..
My carbs have rubber connectors on them to connect straight to engine

ah then do what you said then..... I thought the carbs had a mounting plate of their own...
