Hi to you all!
I've joined the forum cos it seems like an ideal place for 126 related advice and info.
Currently I share a car with my partner (99 Séat Toledo 1.8). It's an ok car, gets us from A to B, but it's seriously lacking in character IMHO.
Soon i'll hopefully be a qualified nurse and in a position to get a car that is all my own, and i really want it to be a 126 cos they look awesome and full of character!
Clearly I have no proper experience, hence me joining the forum, so i'll be lurking around, and probably asking some silly questions!
Nice to meet you! :D

welcome to the forum and ask away!!!!

Hello :smt006
Looking forward to any "silly" questions you might have...

Welcome, Herr Kapitan.
I'm fairly new to the 126, so my knowledge is dog rough.
However, as a fellow nurse, I might be able to help you with any questions about enemas & haemorrhoids.
Respect.....Norman

dear uncle norman
as a qualified nurse you maybe able to assist me. i own a 1979 deville and have found due to the intense rain and high winds that my poor car has let in some water on to my blue cord deville interior . due to this water soaking into the seats i have found that my haemorrhoids have came visiting earlier this year , do you recommend a suitable cream or a new roof ? i look forward to your advice . regards mick.(ps. can you keep this private as i do not wish others to know my misfortune)..lol

Dear Michael.
This is not good.
I'm am sorry to hear of your predicament. However, as a fellow sufferer of the dreaded "Nurembergs" (Nuremberg Trials), I can empathise with you entirely. Luckily, my FSM sports the standard metalic roof section, so my "Adrians" (Adrian Chiles) are unaffected by extreme moisture, as in your unfortunate case.
I have always found that a high fibre diet prevents the distressing flare-up of the retched"Chalfonts" (Chalfonts Saint Giles) and so promotes the easy passage of faecal matter through the anal meatus.
I always find that a combination of topical Hydrocortisone based cream is highly effective in reducing inflammation induced by your "Farmers" (Farmer Giles).
Don't forget...you are not alone!

thankyou very much for the advice , i shall revert back to driving my tin top then. unfortunately i cannot get my head around the cream thing as the applicator brings back flashbacks of my early army career!! i may need councilling before i can administer it properly...mick

i do know what hemorrhoids are... :D
As does anyone who frequently drives a 126 on long journeys!
:P

HA! :)
I actually find them comfortable compared to their size. The most i've traveled in one go was about 60km, the springy seats help.
By the way, WELCOME Cap. :)

I always find that a bout of constipation causes a flare-up in my Nurembergs.
A friend of mine had his surgically sorted out, but he described it like pooting glass for 2 weeks after the op.
Sod that! I'd rather suffer than go under the knife.

i made a great error whilst drunk once.. whilst dancing the dance of the flameing arseholes(zulu warrior) which involves dropping your keks , sticking paper in your ringpiece , setting alight to it and drinking beer whilst dancing on top of a table...i decided to let the paper burn right out as you do.. setting light to my shirt in the process. my good pals extinguished the shirt by throwing beer on me, (such a waste).
well after that i had a very charred ringpiece! but to my horror the next day got orders to move out on a patrol of the ethiopean border and had to sit in the back of a lorry for two weeks over some of the worst driving terrain ever! never again shall i dance so well...

Terrible!
I once witnessed the aforementioned dance. I was a Territorial who was assigned to a regular unit about 10 years ago.
I can vouch for bis13's account as being true to the letter.
Weird way to wax your crack!
