Title: Need help with translation

I have to write a wedding invitation in English. Could someone check that for me please?

This is how it looks:

Mr.XXX and Mrs YYY
together with our Parents
cordially invite

Mr. ZZZ

to share in the celebration of our wedding
Saturday, the twenty seventh of September 2008
at five o’clock in the evening in Bożego Ciała Church, Busko-Zdrój.

After the celebration in the church
you are invited to the wedding reception in “Finezja” Restaurant,



Would be grateful if You could help me

it looks a bit muddled and needs a bit of simplifying, perhaps along the lines of these samples

This is not necessary Dajwid. Ive chosen one of the texts from the website with samples. Do you speak Polish?
