Title: how much to ship an engine/gearbox to australia?
Post by: phreak97 on December 29, 2007, 02:18:12 PM: just wondering if anyones willing to do me a quote on shipping an air cooled engine and gearbox to south australia on a pallette? quote including engine and gearbox ofcourse, i need running ones for my spare niki.

probably not viable though:(

as a seperate request, i also want to buy a service manual for a late air cooled.

I wouldnt think it is viable, probably cost a fortune!
Why dont you rebuild the engine that you have or get an engine reconditioning company to do the work for you? Should work out a lot cheaper!
