Title: Buying a garage - need your advice!!!

Hi guys,

I desperately need your advice.

I have finally found a garage for sale in my area. It is very close to the city (town?) centre.

The question is:

Is 7500GBP for a single garage (leasehold) a lot or it is a bargain?????

I have no idea what are the garage prices. Would be grateful with any info about the prices in your area.

is this to actually own it?ive seen garages advertised for up to £30k sometimes,probably more now,all down to how secure it is.

its the age old how longs a piece of string? its location is what gives it the value and thats only for you to decide if it meets your needs. personnally i would park in my front room and put the missus in a portacabin , ouch!!... :lol:

It is a lease so I would have rights to it for a fixed number of years - same as buying a flat.
