Does it really say it is fitted with a Lancia delta turbo engine?

If its been fitted with a Delta turbo engine, then why hasnt he even taken a photo of it?
And he's spent half his description trying to put the seller off using the engine thats already installed.

It reminds me of a bmw i seen that was being being sold on behalf of his mate on ebay. Apparently he had lost all the documentation for the car and therefor didnt know when the last mot was or tax. Also, apparently the speedo dial had started to peel off for some reason so he replaced the speedo and had also forgotten what the mileage had been before he swapped it.
