Hi All, im trying to find out if my BIS is economical, but it would be nice to here from you all about how many miles you get out of a full tank.
State what car you have and the mileage you get out of it.
Last week i filled my tank upto the brim, it came to exactly ?12.50 for 14.38 ltrs my car was on empty and spluttering to prove it. Its still on 3/4 of a tank and i have done just over 40 miles, but the exhaust smells rich. This mileage so far good or bad?? i really havnt a clue, but some people have said they get 60 miles to the gallon out of their 126.
Does anyones car carry on running after ignition has been turned off, a characteristic of the car or fault? mine does it.
To convert int gallons divide the miles you have done by the litres you have used then multiply by 4.5461 this gives you miles per gallon and should be spot on. When you fill up make sure you log how many litres you put in and then reset the trip before you set off!
will be interesting to see
regards
Chris

Mine does around 46 to 50 mpg, always has and mixture is spot on. Think the Bis is a wee bit more economical?
