not putting this up on slate my ride yet :lol: ,just thought for anyone intrested heres a few pics off how my restorations getting on,oh and this is a great idea,least that way if anyone needs a hand at least they can see the pics,

Nice motor toz !. where did u get those fibreglass arches and sideskirts ?,i couldnt find any last year when i wanted a set. :shock: . I dont think you need to worry too much about people slating your 126,i think they'd be in the minority.

jeez, toz i disdnt realise it was looking thast good!!! you kept telling me how far youve got on with the project but pics really show the work!

thanks for the comments,the kit is actually a zeemax bodykit off a mini,just been chopped and changed till it fits,i have actually seen a 126 arch kit somewhere online for 200 euros,will have a look for you,

i just cant wait to get her finished and come to the meets,might even let people take her for a drive :wink:

Fantastic effort Toz, have you any more recent photos....? Do you work in a bodyshop or are you just good at filling, priming and prep, cos the finish looks great..!

toz has a big reputation for being a PRO  :D . if i could do stuff like that then i would nt take 6 hrs on a resto job eh toz!  if you were closer to me i would let you work on my bangers any day.

ive just updated and put a few more pics of him on drop shots,yes robbie unfortunately i do work in the motor trade  :cry: ive had a hand from a fellow college to get him to this stage otherwise i would be probably dead by the time he was finished,sorry about the abused paint on top of the primer they thought it was funny to torcher him.

i wouldnt say i was a pro mick just been doing it for a long time m8,i would love to help you on your car if you lived closer,it really doesnt matter how long a re-spray takes just depends on what you want out of it.

well theres not much point in haveing a 126 if you cant laugh at it is there,thought thats what they were designed for :lol:

on that theory my car at the moment rates at about 40 laughs an hour which is pretty good in the useless stakes.. :lol:
