yes ive found a set of 13x7 wheels on ebay with a very healthy offset so hopefully with minor(but most likely major) arch mods i'll squeeze them in i've got drills angle grinders and a hammer waiting! :)

good work,im making new cards for buzz 2,thinking of thin MDF,what did you use?.....i like the drivers glove box to..the space there on mine is used for fuel pump switch/warning light etc tho....

if you look at the drivers glovebox there really is only enough room for a pair of gloves! with the steering column shroud in the way,so it might even make a nice mounting base for your switches??check it out anway!
for the doors i just removed the pockets from the original cards and laid it down flat on the mdf so i could trace the outline and the door and window handle holes i tried the thin mdf but it's very flexible and i figured it'd rattle alot so i opted for the stuff about 5 or 6mm i think it's 1/4 inch it's dead solid and to fit it i used a pliars and two flat pieces of steel(one either side)to bend out the lips that held in the old cards, this way when you sit the new ones in you can tap them over the edges with a rubber mallet and the flat steel to give a tight fit you dont need any screws so your panels are just smooth ready to paint!
hope this helps mate!
paddy.

how much modding to the arches??..just the lip?? or inner wing as well?.

the whole car would look even better if you binned the plastic trim and bumpers IMHO..............oh,and if you ever want to sell the wheels drop me a line    it looks soooo good i could be tempted to get out of the 1970's stylee with mine....

removing the trim is on the cards mate but i need to source bumpers first i'm going to powder coat them black like the wheels though so condition of the chrome is'nt important,if you could keep an eye out for some tatty ones n let me know if you spot any that would be a great help!!!
mainly the inner arch around the spring got hammered but i'm gonna get the outer
lips professionally rolled out just to be safe they scrub quite a bit on speed bumps!!!
i'm also going to get the wheels polished and powder coated like these!

the threaded rod at the back of the seats can be adjusted up or down while the front remains fixed allowing height adjustment of the rear and so tilting the seat angle forward or back till you get it at a comfortable angle!!

it's a 1l cinquecento motor and a pain in the ass to fit when the wrong flanges are sent twice!!
if you have an air cooled and a cinq 1.1 or 1.2 motor i have a spare flange
