I am looking for some 13" Fiat steel wheels that will take a hubcap not a wheel cover. Fiat 650, Lada maybe - any suggestions?

i think mark 1 127's had small chrome hubcaps,with the perforated style of the bis wheel,i always thought the bis rim was the early 127 actually.
they are def 13'' tho...

you can mount chrome hubcaps onto bis steelys by using vw polo hubcaps( the type that fit onto the wheelbolts via wire framed grippers) cut down and bonded onto mini chrome hubcaps . i did this and it looked ok but be carefull as it seems some hubcaps are deeper than others.

Thanks, I have been looking at ways of attaching hubcaps to the existing wheels. Do the mini caps just fit over without covering the holes on the steel wheel?

yes they leave the holes in the steelys open.

BMW old type 315 types early eighties wheels go straight on and are 13" cheap and plenty of nice hubcaps. (you can then fit disk brakes too)

they were listed on e bay i do believe . the heads have a loose bit on them that adjusts to the different pcd.
