Title: yellow wires behind radio?

what are the pair of yellow wires behind the radio for on my bis?
i'm looking to fit a lighter thing for powering cd and phone charger, are these wires any good for that? one is solid yellow and the other is yellow with a trace.

dont really know,wiring not my strong point,but easy to check if they are live?,therefore usefull?,just bare them off and check with a multimeter,or make a simple tester with a bulb(thats my favorite).

if not just run a new feed from the fuse box...........are you going to be able to hear the music?? :lol:
