Title: Warning Light Bulbs?

Just a quick question before I skin some more knuckles ...
My handbrake/low fluid warning light doesn't work.
I've tried cleaning/earthing the handbrake switch and 'shorting' the brake fluid switch but it still doesn't illuminate.
So ... are the bulbs in the warning light panel the replaceable type, I've checked in the Subscriber section manuals but it's not 100% clear?

I believe they are replaceable and are similar to the ones in the photo.
