Title: New owner in East Midlands
Post by: Macmonkey on August 04, 2019, 04:44:23 PM
Hello all.

Well after lurking and looking for over 4 years I finally took the plunge and bought myself a 126.  I had been waiting for the right car to come along and when this rhd 1982 model came on the market near me I just had to have it. Its in pretty good nick having only done 27000 miles and been garaged and waxoyled from new.. Now looking foward to many a weekend tinkering, have already lost the skin off my knuckles swapping out the siezed door lock barrels!

My next task is finding someone who will make a new front plate in the proper 80s font as mines gone walkies (any recommendations welcome).

Beautiful car, well done and welcome, these guys might be worth a try for the plates.  ;)
