Title: Can you fit 13” on a 1979?

Just a quick question. Can you fit 13” rims on a 1979? Will it rub against the wheel arc? Seems cheaper to fit 13” and a disc brake kit, than a disc brake kit for 12”.

Alternative solution is to turn the disc down I guess
