I’ve just bought a brand new, never used, air cooled, Fiat 126 starter motor for £33.05...including postage! Chuffed to bits! Next on my list is a RHD steering rack and an alternator for a 1979 model. If anyone has either or both of them please let me know! ;)

Can't help with the steering rack, RHD-specific parts are getting to the stage where you're more likely to get them from donor cars than being sold!
Cheapest place I can find a new/recon alternator is £52 on Allegro:

Wish I'd seen this earlier, I just sold a RHD aircooled rack today! If i'd known a club member needed one I would've held onto it instead of selling it to a Fiat 500 bike engine boy :cry:
I think I have a RHD BIS rack stuffed away in my lockup if that's any help?
I've read somewhere that they aren't the same as aircooled racks though, if anyone can confirm/deny?

Oh no! See if you can get it back! I’ll swap you some air cooled goodies for it or pay cash! I think that you are right about the BIS steering rack but someone on here might be interested...
