Title: Differential issue? I dont know...
Post by: DannyPancho on March 22, 2018, 08:04:47 PM
Hi guys,

This might sound silly but bare with me...
I had the rear end of my 126 jacked up today as i was checking all the brakes worked after my disc conversion, and as my bro shifted the car into first and started driving spinning the wheels, i noticed the OSR wheel was spinning roughly twice as fast as the NSR...

Is this an issue?!
Any advice would be greatly appreciated
Cheers

It's not a problem, you probably have one of the brakes binding a bit. If you completely locked up one of the wheels the other one would still spin, that's the way a differential works.

Ah yeah i have been testing the brakes, okay thats good to know then i just didnt want to risk the drive shaft to that wheel not being connected properly ir anything!
