Title: LED Indicator Relay?

Hi all, Im hoping someone on here will be able to shed some light on my issue,

I have replaced my indicator bulbs with LEDs and they dont flash, i need an electronic flasher and have found two on the internet, one which states it is NOT a replacement but an addition to the circuit, and the other IS a replacement...

Which do i need?
