I took the air cowling off because there was a bit of a rattle. It turns out there were a number of bolts missing!
On top of that this bit had broken off!(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170707/16620882995a0c327a1df60710d6217c.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170707/8da05223e50aec3e24a91f3b41552b8e.jpg)

I had another set ready to go and a complete set of bolts.
The colour might not be to everyone's taste, but it does make it very easy to spot oil leaks!(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170707/470a6a8612b7343f32bfc7f93b4ceb49.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170707/d16785ae43ef3d8325c06254aab2a541.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170707/224f9f3a3bb8bd393f3202e8dfbfa731.jpg)

I had a massive oil leak from the rocker cover gasket last weekend. I had replaced a worn leaking one with a new old stock one. I think it must have been a new very very old stock gasket! It lasted less the 3 miles before it split. Within a 15 minute drive I'd deposited about 2 litres of oil along some country lanes. I've now replaced it with a Cork one and 25 miles later no leaks.
Fingers crossed!
