Silcoates School Classic and American Car Show

More details to follow shortly. This years show will be held in the centre of Wakefield City Centre. That's correct the WHOLE OF WAKEFIELD CITY CENTRE is now the new venue for this fantastic car show. Please share to get the message out. Entry points etc to follow.

The venue is now Wakefield city Centre. We have the entire pedestrianised precinct in Wakefield and trinity walk for this show. Fully closed for our show . All proceeds go to Yorkshire air ambulance and Alzheimer's association of York. All help appreciated . Wakefield council have sanctioned this by closing many roads in the centre for the day. Should be good

At first glance I thought it said Saltcoats hooray a meet in bonnie Scotland then I noticed Wakefield booo. Have a great time guys, I will be thinking of you.

Problem is its all uphill from down here :P Didn't there used to be a big Italian Show at Glen Eagles?

Up North we still have the Scottish Italian Car day, hosted by the Scottish Alfa club in April if I remember correctly. There also used to be an Italian Car Day held at Hopeton House hosted by Pistonheads, this meet was outgrowing Hopeton House, the organisers said they would temporary halt the show until they found a more suitable venue. It has been several years now without any mention of it starting up again. Boohoo.
