"I got this to do a motorbike conversion"...... Blah, blah, blah shame they never get to that conclusion before they strip it back and pretty much make it unsalable :(

Granted when I brought my BIS it was an idea in the back of my head, looking at how few are done properly and "legal" it's stupid, I'd rather keep blowing headgaskets and rebuilding ;) means I know the engine inside and out.. I have a plan to go and buy a '74 or earlier 126 to use as a historic rally car, '74 would mean I'm in the same class as my dad's Mk.1 Escort Mex, and then get disowned when I beat him ;) When I have my rally car I might buy a couple of the unfinished bike engine projects to reshell the rally car when I roll it  ;D

This was our car few years back. I have also registered it. Unfortunately it has changed hands since quite few times. Used to have a roll cage too ;D
I`m actually tempted to buy it and put it back on the road.

It looked so cool before, I don't understand why people feel the need to butcher nice cars :( I'd love to see it out on the road again :D Just a shame that the 650cc is probably in a scrapyard somewhere :p

I`ve got plenty of engines here so that`s not a problem ;). And it`s already got that authentic rat look.
I`ll keep an eye on the auction and see how it goes.

Whoever buys this is getting a bargain! It's only at like £13 right now with 5 mins left
