Title: Gearbox noise (video)

Well, although my BIS still runs, it's started making a rather unhealthy sounding noise:

Any ideas what that is? Sounds like something has come loose and is being churned, ground and rattled about inside the gearbox.

I had a similar problem but in an old ford, in my case it was the clutch breaking up an easy fix, hope yours is that easy.
