It's too early to give a verdict I'd say, although there were a few bits where I thought  ::) (particularly the copied intro voice and the few shots fired at the previous show)

Racing up the M6 with a Rialto on the back of a truck ? Towing an ice cream van over Blackpool sands to pick up a drag queen?

Oh dear... 

Um, remind me... *how* much is Evans paid for this drivel ?

Is this show *really* what so many otherwise apparently sane people were waiting for ?

 I wasn`t impressed. All that money and hype, I would have expected something a bit better.

I thought i was watching the Wooden Tops! and we are paying his Wage >:(  >:(  >:(

Evans’s three-year contract to lead Top Gear is thought to be worth at least £1m a year. As well as presenting the show he will also executive produce it, and is said to have negotiated a “hefty production fee”

Oh you guys of little faith  :o
I was absolutely loving it , ten seconds into the intro my wife came in and switched to the shopping channel so I have now got a new pirates gold earring and underpants with glitter on them  :D

At least having your ear pierced isn't as painful as New Top gear ;D
