Mot in the morning so doing a couple of checks and the n/s brake light was out. So dismantled the light unit and gave it a clean. In doing so the silver reflective surface was partly worn.

So with a bit of masking and a blast with some silver spray all is good again.

New bulb and a nice bright light now. I guess that I will have to do the other side now.

Good Luck ;D

Looking good, was it chrome spray that you used?
-
Had an almost empty can of this, hope there is enough for the other side.

Great work ;) I've used kitchen foil in the past

Mine is 30th of this month :P
Thanks for the best wishes guys and Chris I did not know you had that many cars, you must have overtaken BV ;D
Gadge I have also resorted to foil in the past as a tempory measure. In this case the the Plasticote spray seemed ideal for the job. There was also a fair build up of crud inside the light fitting which needed cleaning out.

Looking great Rusty, but there is no integrated reverse light :P
