Where to go next

(1/1)

shagmeister:
So for my 650cc I have
Lightened flywheel, skimmed panda 30 head, lightened fan, fast road cam, big oil pan

Want a reliable set up.

So bigger cyclinders? bigger carbs?  oilfilter and cooler?  Bis crown wheel?  independant suspension? 5th gear?

Where do you suggest i go next

And..............  where to get the engine bits balanced..........  And whats the current source for shorter push rod tubes?

bertvb:
Carb and exhaust is an easy job to do and won't change the reliability.
Have you considered lighter wheels and better tyres? Did you do anything to the suspension so far?

In the coming month I will attempt to install a 5th gear kit with 3 and 4 shortened. I think it will add a lot to the overall drivability (less noise at speed + faster acc). But I can't speak from experience.

shagmeister:
Nope susp is standard.  Let me know about the 5 speed kit.
