Im not a mechanic, and have limited mechanical knowledge. However these cars are fairly easy to work your way around and I have learnt a lot since owning the three I have had.

Looks really clean though, I shall have to swing by and take a look. I have been in Sittingbourne frequently of late!  ;D

I paid £800 for her and yesterday I went to a upholstery company about the very small tear in the drivers seat and the guy offered my £2K cash for the car as is...... Caught me right off guard and i said I'd think about it.... But I wan to enjoy her once the summer finally arrives ....  ;D

Spot on..... For now, I'm not selling ... No need to.....enjoying the 'ride' of ownership at the moment getting her back to as near as 100% perfect as I can.

judging by the cost of parts ie the roof approx 650 euro
you can buy a second hand project whole car for that!!!
 hopefully the true price will be sooner rather than later ;D
just a thought if the prices go up doesn't the insurance and risk of disappearing,
 cant win, on with the madness ;D
