Hi guys,

Going to drive my 1998 Maluch from Krakow to Liverpool in Jan with my girlfriend, just wondering what things I should specifically get checked over before the long run?

I got the car in April and it seems great apart from some play in the steering and a few little bits on bobs.

One concern I have is starting it up in the cold each morning (can be -20 in Poland) is that a common problem?

Another concern I have is my girlfriends moving here and I have a feeling it's going to end up loaded like this...  :-X

Your Maluch  will be ok in Great Britain as we dont get any bad cold spells more than -7 maximum.  :D

As you are listed as being in Liverpool, are you freighting it out there or is it in poland and comes with a hot Polish babe ?

Same here,Polish wife and Penglish kiddies.
I agree the thing I miss after moving back to the UK is the view on the streets in Poland, I lived in Sopot on the coast so summer was very nice indeed, :$ :D

I can still spot a polish woman a mile off, on the streets here.

Back on topic, drive back will be slow and boring, I drove my VW camper back (1.6D) Aghhhhh, 70-80KMH all the way. But I made it.

Ay lads calm down calm down!     :D

I'm noticing a pattern of fiat 126 owners having polish ladies, what a great combination! 90% of them are indeed stunners! They definitely put girls from around Liverpool to shame packed in thier orange tan and drawn on eyebrows   ???

It's in Poland at the moment with my hot Polish babe, so i'll be getting two christmas presents this winter!  ;)

That sounds painful, thanks for advice and encouragement! We might be able to give it upto a week to get back to see some sights on the way so it will be slow and steady   8)
