That's what we done thepuddlejumper haha. We had no problem with bugs more the bloody dog hairs so were going to re spray the bumper and possibly the boot lid but everything else seems mint.

Cheers for the comments lads really appreciate it!
I'll be checking out your build tonight badge  ;D

Today we got our hands dirty by removing the engine and stripng her down for a good cleaning later on in the week.

I'm back and working on the 126 after a very wet winter.

Back working on the 126 the past few weeks, Decided on 're paint it again because we're painting the inside, engine bay and boot anyway so thought why not try get it all as perfect as it can.

Mostly cleaning and sanding to get everything ready for paint recently, just need to order track rod ends tomorrow and get this thing finish.

Hopefully get it on the road sometime in June.
 😂🤞
(Pictures of the dirty engine bay & boot cleaned tonight because their too large to post from my phone)

I forgot to tell you lot that at the start of the year I ordered a lot of new parts. All new breaks and suspension front & back, new bumpers and a fuel tank and a few other bits. All we need now is track rod ends and according to my dad we have all the parts we need to get this little thing moving.

Abandoned the thread once again haha.
Updates are as follow:
're painted the car including the inside of the doors , boot and engine bay. Looks bloody mint if I do say so myself.

Removed the seicento front brake assembly ready for the front brake conversion.

Sprayed most the engine bits with silver engine paint.

Removed the Gearbox, steering rack, front and rear suspension assembly out today.

Can't wait to bolt on all the new bits and get it on the ground again.

I've a few bits to order like light pins ect but mostly putting the Lego puzzle back together now.

Excited to see progress, pictures of all the updates are to follow when I'm next on the PC
