126 Bis Bumper Removal.

Hi Guys,

Are there any legal implication regarding removing the bumbers of the 126. ie: are they required for MOT etc?

yes, every part of car is required for MOT, but if you have somebody who knows you than its not required...

no you do not need bumpers to pass the uk mot test.

I think they'll be coming straight off on Thursday.

Did I read somewhere that the rear holes left by the bumbers are good for mounting the fog and rev lights???

Do I need any extra parts. ie mountings etc.

all you need to do is modify the rear fog rev light if i cant remember if i had to take them apart and remove one bolt i know i did something though! have a look at yours when you take them off! also you will need to fit a new number plate light.
