Can anyone shed any light on the 126 estate on the youtube video 'Maluch from Poland to Holland 3' ? It comes on at 4 minutes 54 sec.
It looks fantastic, like a factory prototype?? I've never seen anything like it.
-
wow! quite unusual
-
It was a factory prototype called PF 126 Combi. There was a lot of changes done to carb and gearbox. Load capacity was 500dm3 and it could carry 4 people + 80 kg of load. It has never ever been in a serial production. Nice toy, two in Poland as far as i am concerned :D

Yep, I spent quite some time to find one - proved impossible. At least for me and in my budget :) BOMBEL was another idea, picture attached.

You learn something new every day, I assumed that a cabriolet model was the only modification on the 126! **-

I'd love one of those in my garage!
Found this prototype pic also.
-
I wouldnt mind it when it was just a little stretched :D
-
I think a 126 estate would have been a hit!! It would have had more legroom and a flat floor - fantastic! Why didn't they mass produce this?
-
I know, it's crazy!
They say 'if it looks right, it is right' and the Hungarian Bis posted by Pete126 looks 'right 'to me!
Rootes group managed it with the Imp. The Husky estate and a neat little van.
Surely if the made a 126 van they would have been all over Italy, although there was the 127 van with more space!
-
Fiat also had the 850T van which was a great little motor. I still know where there is camper that has been parked up for a couple of years in Watford, engine out & on the deck but looks like a possible project [-/
-
Forgot about those! My metalwork teacher from school had one. He was always welding it during lunchtimes!!!!!!
-
ad love to have a 126 estate or evan make my own lol
-
In Gdansk a service place has a 4 door 126 parked outside as an advert, looks great like a stretched 126.
-
a bit like this?
-
dint find a estate but found a 126 pick up doing this :o
