FIAT 126 BIS 704CC ENGINE URGENTLY REQUIRED

Hi there,

I'm on the this years Mongol Rally (started 24th July) and our J reg 126 died before reaching the launch at Chichester. Our car is sitting in a garage in Portsmouth needing a new engine as the Crank Shaft has gone.... Gutted!!!

We urgently need a replacement 126 bis 704cc engine as cheap and as quickly as possible as we are already behind schedule.

If anyone can help or at least point us in the right direction it would be greatfuly appreciated as we really want to complete the rally in our lovely 126!

i would suggest "buy it now" from ebay for a spares repair car the engine would probably be okay just make sure you ask the seller the right questions then sling it in the good car i hope you are good on the spanners as the mongol will eat the car so the spares gained from a second car would be worth having also.
