Recently with my ignition playing up (plus all the other problems) on my car I've been forced to bike 7 km to work -in South Australia, November weather which means the start of heatwaves!

I rushed off to Cash Converters (chain of pawn shops in Australia) and bought the first bike I found for $60 when my beast started playing up on me.

And boy is that seat hard!

The RAA got the car working temporarily today and it was sheer luxury to drive around the block without feeling my bum getting bruised (even with the heater on because the heater control cable has never been connected)

Never realised how comfy the driver's seat was until today! Pity the car stopped working again.

This is going to be a harsh summer...  :-

Not to mention having to ride in rain and snow. Those sub zero temperatures in the early morning hours of winter were fun on a bike.... :( Times like that were when i felt the same way as you do now....
