Post by: paul harbinson. on July 21, 2005, 07:50:33 am
I was in the garage the other night looking through old photos of different 126,s ive had over the years then it dawned on me.When I looked at my '95 126 appart from the roof panel every outer panel on it is different to the fsm's and bis's.....weird

Hi Paul, yes barry aka fiat fsm, brught that to my attention, im in the process of creating a historical time line for the production of 126's.

Wern't the later 126's panels more smoothed off, i.e. the doors?

regards

Chris

Your right mate cI am lucky.Saw the car by chance advertised in the adds for free paper over here went to look at it and just had to have it.Car hadnt been on the road since '99. :D Your right about the post '95 I think its to do with the deletion of the bottom swage line along the sides,it just gives them a smoother shape(not taking anything away from the older 126s.....I love them all).

I have to agree with you, when those 95 + 126's have been lowered it certainly make sthem look stylish! i never knew what it was but you have pointed it out!

its just a shame they didnt bring them over here!
