Window surround trim ricaambio don't fit help

Ordered 2 window trim kits from rica bio and tbh when I got them the actual feel of them just felt wrong but now on offering them up to my beloved there deferent levy something wrong so I've compared them to the originals witch art that bad to be fair only the weatherstrip on both sides is perished to pooe solo hence just getting some whole shines new surrounds witch comes with clips to fit anyway don't buy them there useless I'm contacting rica bio who want photos to prove there crap anyway there get them but now I want to share them with youse guys an see if anyone thinks I could revamp my originals buy replacing the weatherseas witch I believe are stapled on. I did consider removing the weather seals from the ricaambio surrounds but they don't look quite the same same size and again the quality is absolutely shocking DO NOT BUY THEM any ideas please let me know

Yeah I fitted them but it’s so much easier if you remove or loosen the quarter window first then fit them.

I’ll add my two pence worth about ricambio and say they are a worthless company which you should stay away from. I bought a window winding mechanism off them which broke the moment I turned the handle. They wouldn’t send me a replacement so I had to buy another. They would give me a refund if I sent the old one back (at my expense) which I did but alas no refund ever came....... your better off buying from axel gersil - same prices or cheaper, more variety and top customer service. I’ve been using them ever since my ricambio experience so they’ve lost out on £100s of pounds from me.

If you're wanting parts quickly then check UK eBay or LP Garage (sunriserpht on eBay).
But you'll have a bigger and cheaper selection from continental shops:
