1964 Fiat 600D cylinder head
« on: June 09, 2018, 06:15:29 PM »
Sorry, it isn't a Fiat 126 query.

I am in need of a reconditioned (or new old stock) cylinder head for the above. Unfortunately, my current one is badly corroded, and according to the repairers, is irreparable. My Fiat has a 767cc engine.

Any assistance in sourcing a reconditioned cylinder head will be highly appreciated.

Many thanks and regards,
Angelo

I wòuld recommend checking with another company of cylinder head reconditioned first. Wha I be learnt so far this year is that when it comes to cars and car parts anything is possible.
Every cloud has one...

There are lots of Fiat 600D cylinder heads in Ebay.it, but all are described as, "used", rather than, "reconditioned". I prefer the latter.

I've sent emails to Middle Barton, Axel Gerstl, Ricambio Int'l, Ricambio FD, Mr Fiat and Motobambino for a reconditioned one. Hopefully, one of them will have one, and sell it without the requirement of a trade-in of the old one. I effectively have nothing to trade-in.
